Good day. I sent my Evergreen withdrawal claim forms though at the end of February 2013, I followed up 2 weeks later only to find that nobody had any knowledge of the forms. I resent the forms beginning on March 2013 and confirmed that they had been received. On following up i was informed that the company that i had worked for had not put their company stamp on the forms and therefore the forms were being sent back to them. Nobody from Old Mutual gives me any feedback what so ever. I phone them daily to find out the progress and daily the story seems to change. I was promised the money would be in my account by yesterday, when i follow up today the story has changed yet again and now everything has to be sent to SARS again??? In todays day and age where people are battling to survive false promises do not go down well. Please could someone find out what is going on and revert back to me urgently. My refrence number is: EC130352.
