I am never so dissatisfied and being treated like a criminal like this past 2 days at Capitec.

was committed on my name in 2008. I informed the forensics who never investigate it. Now after 5 years which my account was bought by MBDCS and written off because that "arrears" was prescribed. I went to a branch to open a savings account. Forensics want to start investigate a closed account.

After speaking to Angelique in Forensics and the most rude and arrogant Jannie Coetsee I am informed the following: "Go to another institution, you will NEVER have an account with Capitec Bank."

I am also advised that I can complain at the Onbudsman and the Complaint department.

Interesting how they treat people like criminals.
