And lack of customer service

I took out a loan at the randburg branch and My bank card was cloned in 2011 & R15000 was taken from my account. I didn't even know my money was taken, up until I went to use the card to find out that my balance was R0.0 I first called them & was told of the transactions of which none I knew. I was advised to log a case with SAPS, of which I did.went to the branch with all the documents, the scanned them & I was then told that forensics will only give me R3500 back coz I didn't activate the sms option, of which the consultant who opened my account failed to do. But I was told it was my fault & that they can't do anything about it & if I'm still not happy I must go to the ombudsman as they dont have the time for me. The manger told me to stop wasting his time as he had a lot of serious things to do. Upset as I was, they cut up my card & didn't give me a new one. I called the number they have me of the ombudsman 0117892514, only to find that it was a wrong number. I went back to capitec cresta, got a card (no pin) but was referred back to randburg about my case. They advised that couldn't help. I went to randburg this morning and the forensics said they won't help me coz I took years
