Last year truworths forensics department allowed an account to be opened in my name. Since that time the person responsible has been caught and the id is with the police. I was told to take in my id book and the account would be unblocked. Since this time I have "unblocked" my acc 3 times. This morning when trying to make a purchase I was told they were unable to contact the forensics department - I would have to return on Monday to get my purchase. I am tired if being treated like a criminal by your company. When I asked to close my account I was informed/threatened that if I closed I would never be allowed to open an account with you. I am done with your poor service. I am not a criminal and I deserve an explanation and an apology.
