I recently had my phone, fortunately it was insured. In most of my interactions with employees from 24Hr Mobility, I'd received average (& on a few occasions, below average) service. After my claim was approved I received assistance from an agent named Kagiso Mashigo. He was extremely helpful, patient & friendly throughout the entire process. He explained succinctly exactly what I had to do in order to obtain my new handset & made the entire process easier by promptly checking which store had my desired handset in stock. He checked a number of stores & kept me updated without my having to follow up at all. Essentially, all I had to do was go to the store he'd located, pay the excess fee & collect the handset. Upon doing so, I was advised to send the new documentation to the insurance company so as to update my information. That afternoon I casually checked my emails & found that Kagiso had yet again followed up to check if I had successfully obtained my handset.By 08:14 the next morning he had already sent me an email requesting the new information for update purposes. Kagiso has done a sterling job; I'm thoroughly impressed. 24hr Mobiliy has an excellent employee on staff!
