I recently joined and PAID for Ucount rewards at Standard Bank. Like with any new programme I had some queries and issues upfront that needed to get resolved. So I sent an email through to the enquiries cabinet which promptly sent a response saying that they will contact me within 24 hours. This was on the 6th of July and today is the 10th. I followed up with emails at least twice subsequently and get the same automated reply.
They must close the rewards programme or stop misleading customers with empty promises of service within 24 hours. I wonder if I'll get feedback in 24 days???
