Can't register online, question about claim

Hi, I tried registering on [URL Removed] using Chrome, your recommended Explorer, and Firefox for good measure, but I can't get past the first step on either of those browsers, so I'm attempting to make contact through this website.

Some broke into my car last night (parked in the garage!) en my radio, spare tyre and tyre-change tools. Can you pls check what my excess will be if I put in a claim.
