At the end of June my Fiance and I spent a night at Zebula Protea Hotel which was awesome as always.
The next morning upon our departure I noticed that my vehicle had a flat tyre caused by a little piece of metal which presumably punctured the tyre on the road to Zebula from Pretoria.
This was not exactly how I anticipated the weekend to end - me in the gravel trying to replace my SUV's tyre with an excuse of a spare wheel. Luckily one of the Zebula staff members noticed that I was having trouble and used his radio to call one of the maintenance guys. When he arrived I had removed my tyre and together we left for the maintenance yard where the workshop personnel assisted and repaired my tyre free of charge.
He then assisted me to refit the tyre and before I knew it my car was ready to go again.
So I would just like to sincerely thank the Zebula Staff for your continued devotion to your clients and really going beyond the call of duty.
