BEEN WITH THEM FOR 3 YEARS, WAS IN ACCIDENT THEY GOT EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT MY CLAIM (3 MONTH GAP IN 7 YEARS WAS NOT INSURED BY THEM THEN). THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED WHEN THEY ACCEPT YOU AS CLIENT! THE DIFFERENCE IN PREMIUM WAS R20 PM. AFTER THIS, NOBODY PHONED ME TO UPDATE MY POLICY THAT THIS DON'T HAPPEN AGAIN! ANOTHER CHANCE FOR THEM NOT TO PAY IF I NEED THEM AGAIN! LOTS OF FIGHTING ETC..3RD PARTY FIX CAR, BUT, THEY SAID CAR WAS BEING FIXED, PANEL BEATERS DID NOT HAVE MY CAR - CAR MISSING -STILL AT YARD?! CAR WAS SEND TO ANOTHER PANEL BEATER- BAD EXPERIENCE - MY SPARE WHEEL, SAID THEY REPLACE STUFF, WHICH THEY DID NOT, PAINT WORK TERRIBLE ETC.. I CANCELLED MY POLICY - GOT MUCH BETTER DEAL WITH SANTAM. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY 5 DAYS OF JUNE WHICH I DID NOT USE, AND TOOK THE JULY PREMIUM AS WELL. I NEEDED TO PHONE AGAIN TO ASK THEM TO REFUND! I WANT TO WARN PEOPLE TO NOT TRUST DIAL DIRECT AS THEY LOOK FOR LOOPHOLES NOT TO PAY A CLAIM!
