Bad service from AMP

I have a policy and vehicle of which I am the owner for the past four months. My vehicle had a vibration on the propshaft after the first long trip this weekend and after the heavy rains. Amp responded after my first call that I should give the agent my Policy number and they will take care of the rest. My quote for unballanced propshaft repair was R4569, for which Amp was only prepared to pay R3000 rand as the regraded the centre bearing and rubbers as wear and tair damage. My problem is that no one in kimberley can balance the propshaft, thus the repair agent suggests a new propshaft with the repairs costing R15000. Amp still will only pay R3000, leaving me stranded in a place where I have no family and have to stay in a hotel. so I am literally stranded even while I am supposed to have insurance. i feel like cancelling the claim as well as my insurance due to the service and attitude I got. No one ever even phoned to hear how we are or anything after R400 of calls to Amp and the repair agent, this all left me really frustrated as bad service and bad promises.
