I have been with FNB since 1995 but I must say of lately their service and it is extremely poor.
I am premier bank account holder.
I experienced an appalling service from the credit card.
On 11 December 2013 I paid my monthly payment on this account, R4000 into my credit card account in respect of December payment.
Before end of the month cycle in January a debit was made by FNB Credit Card from my account for December.
Unfortunately only now I am told that I have paid before the next debit date and my R4000 payment was not considered for December as i paid before the closing of my account statement. Well all the other times I have paid my account on my pay date 15th of every month and this date is not aligned to the so called closing date of my account.

Now my credit profile has been tarnished and damaged.
A debit instruction has now been made and they are demanding double payments for December and January.
