Capitac bank service is horrible on the 26th june 2013 was at the atm machine at turfontein south of Johannesburg my cut got staked in the machine i called the help centre of it was very useless had to hold for 20min to be attended but still didn't manage to get though i has to call the so called "HEAD OFFICE" had to wait another 10min to get help wile busy on the line the was 2000 cash withdrawal from my account @jhb cbd after 5 min 200 &300 cash withdrawal from Regents park 6500 purchase i lost 3150 within 40 min i was by the Lydie that helped me to open a case & call them back with case no & ref no is then they can be able to investigate the matter funny enough after 2 days was called by capitac Lydie from head office to tell me that the stupid bank is not paying my money because who ever that used my cut had my pin no mind u i have never provided capitec with a case no u people are taking changes myb u think i don't know my rights as a customer u are totally dealing with a wrong person these tym around this is just my first step of publishing your bad service the best is yet to come i think the hole SA should know about your terrible disgusting* service
