I have been a client of std bank for more than 15 years. Applied for consolidation.was assured that my situation was not as bad as some of the clients that applied.iwork in a hospital and am not always able to anwer my phoone.the manager left a massage on my phone telling me if I don't contact her before the thursday she will have to cancel my application. I tried numerous times to get hold of her, with no luck.she phoned me on Monday morning to tell me that my application was unsuccesfull, would like to know if it was because of no contact or any other reason?
