Incompetent staff

My Insurance company and professional adjusters requested de-registration documents from Toyota Financial Services on the 20 June 2013. Now 19days later we are still waiting, only to find out that Toyota Financial Services only filed the request on the 2 July 2013... no one knows why??? I filed a complaint on the 2 July 2013 with TFS and they only responded today 8 July 2013. Very dissatisfied, and will definitely not use TFS again ever! Incompetent staff!!!
