Toyota financial services sent me an email to note that my premium will go up by R447 unless I send them proof of comprehensice insurance.
I therefore did so, by both fax and email during middle January.
When I looked at my bank statement this morning, I saw that the full amount (incl insurance) have been deducted! This needs to be corrected ASAP!
