On 26/11/2013 Anthea Martin sent me an email re: forward proof of insurance to her, I immediately called Indwe Risk Services for same. I never followed up about it. on 27/01/2013 Toyota had deducted some money due to them not receiving the proof of insurance. on 29/11/2013 Indwe Risk Services sent the proof of payment to them, i had to make a follow up regarding my refund. Only today 04/02/2013 a person called Thulani forwarded the proof of insurance to whomever needs to make a refund, again I had to call this morning for my information to be sent for a refund meaning if i had not called nothing would have been done. Toyota Financial Services/Directaxis their service is very poor i must say and chances are i will not even get a confirmation of the refund should it be made.
