Liberty Life
No bloods but debit taken. unable to cancel policy

I have around 2 polices with Liberty which was taken through a guy from Liberty. My parents bloods nor was not taken but the debits are going through from my account. We did not give the go ahead and yet my banking account is getting swiped by Liberty life insurance.
We called the agent and he cut the call.

Please help me to cancel all polices with Liberty and all debit orders. WE RATHER INSURE OURSELVES WITH NON CRIMINAL INSURANCE COMPANIES.

If my polices are not cancelled, I will take up a law suit against Liberty Life.
