I logged a insurance claim on 4 June for my husband's cellphone that was /lost . i spoke to Lebogang who assisted me. In the beginning her service impressed me as she always kept me in the loop. How things have changed. On 13 June 2013 i received a call from Lebogang to say my claim is approved and i will get a call from the mobile company. Now it is 8 July 2013, no call no message no response to my emails and apparently no notes on the system. I phoned to the call centre today and i am told that the claim was never sent through. THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE ALREADY BEEN WAITING A MONTH. Lebogang has gone from HERO TO ZERO!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT
