1LIFE DIRECT ON MY ACCOUNT

In July 2012 i did an enquiry and took a policy with 1LIFE DIRECT. I spoke to Desiree under the contact number 0860105315.

1Life Direct proceeded to deduct R500 monthly from my account as of July 2012.

Last week when i made an enquiry to my policy, i was told that i dont have an existing policy with 1Life and the details that i gave them, that were given to me, do not match their records.

i have been paying a R500 premium since July 2012.

1LIFE DIRECT, MUST GIVE ME ANSWERS!!!
