Can anyone in ABSA help at all???

I left JHB in 2012 to relocate to Europe..This November I went back to see friends but mainly to sort out all the left over paperwork and issues, top priority: closing my accounts with ABSA
I spent time at the Sandton branch where I was reassured that my Credit Card balance had now been settled and my card would be closed within a month..
I then closed my money saver and internet banking and happily cut off all my cards.
I was in SA 1-10 November..
Upon my return to Europe I was contacted by the Credit Card office saying that I had a small amount due (really??) since the car rental company had charged me..Annoying but fine, can someone help me to pay that baance since :
1- I HAVE NO INTERNET BANKING!
2-I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD details, I cut off the card!!

No madam, pls make a "swift"payment at your Polish bank.
I would be delighted to do so if Absa provided me with :
1- My credict card details
2-IBAN/SWIFT number

any assistance whatsoever!

So I write for the past 2 weeks to the credit card email address..They have now send my query to the Internet Banking department...
I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET BANKING!!
