I receive sms's on my phone with an add from credit clear, stating that the help clear people's names from credit bureau. I have since referred two close friends to credit clear because they are both single moms and struggling to cope financially, they were trying to make loans from banks but it was declined due to their bad credit record. Both of my friends are now worse off then they were before because credit clear has been deducting huge amounts from their bank accounts which is their salaries but no service has been delivered. When my friends try to call them the don't respond and if they do then its after a long wait which is costly. The people they deal with on the phone are incompetent and laughs at them when they ask for their monies to be refunded. These people needs to be stopped at once what they are doing is illegal, they are taking food out of innocent children s mouths and they are getting away with it. What can my friends do to get their money back. Worst of all they are no happy with me because referred Credit Clear to them.
