No response on customer service

On the 30/06/13, at about 18H40, my car broke down between Mt Frere and Mt Ayliff and I needed road assistance. The truck assisted me at about 20H00 to tow my car to Kokstad. When the car broke down i was on my way home in Port Edward, i was therefore stranced in Kokstad. I asked the insurance lady if its possible for them to arrange accommodation for me, she then told me to get accommodation and pay cash however the insurance will reimburse me the money. On monday i called the customer service 0860082911 and the lady i spoke to tried to transfer the call to 0114301711 however it didnt go through. She then informed me that the number is not going through, therefore i should keep trying. I asked her if she's trying the number and its not working then what is the point of her giving me the number. I kept on trying the whole week with no positive response. I now dont know who to contact about this matter as i have the proof of payment for the hotel and i need my money back. Please assist.
