Unacceptable service

I've taken out a personal loan in September 2009. In 2011 due to having a premature baby I ended up with a lot of unforseen medical expenses as well as some financial difficulty. My account ended up in arrears and after batling for quite some time to try and bring my acc up to date. 1 of ABSA's consultants advised me of the contract extention which were great news and as she advised me the arrears will also fall away at around the middel of October. At the begining of December I've receive a call from 1 of your agents in the legal department adviseing me that there is no notes made of any contract ext and that only in 3 months time will this be affective and the calls were stop, whuich wasn't the case as I receive another call from a Kerry on 2013/01/19 who I had to ask for someone senior to talk to. i cant remenmber her supervisorsa name but she promised to sort this matter out as when payment is made before due date system doen't reconise it as installment which is rediculious as i also work for a financial institution were it's possible to allocate a pmt to inst. Still no resp as promised via email!!
