I, PWM SASS, took out a personal loan at Absa Bank in 2008, start date 28 January 2008, end date 25 February 2013. In February 2013 I phone to the loans department 0861222272 and asked for the final payment amount due on this account. On which an amount of R194.60 was given to me. I did the transfer of the given amount on 25 February 2013. In March 2013 I received an account statement indicating that I am R129, 33 in arrears. How is this possible? The contract ended in February 2013, and I phoned to get the final amount due and I was given an amount. Now I am in arrears.
