Terrible admin and lack of proper communication

I cancelled the credit life on my personal loan with Absa in September 2013. I submitted all the correct information at the right time and Absa informed me that it will take approximately a month for the paperwork to get processed. So at the end of October, the credit life should have been cancelled and I should have beed paying less on my installment, but instead the full amount including the credit life was deducted from me and then refunded me with the access amount the next day. And there started a disaster where I received phone calls daily to tell me my account is in arrears. It was in arrears with the exact amount they paid me back! After many phone calls and e-mails, Absa only yesterday told me that the cost is actually from other expenses. But weird that it was the exact amount as was paid back to me, right? Before yesterday 3 Feb 2014, not one singular person at Absa or any of their call centres could tell me why the amount showed in arrears. I've always banked with Absa, but they really let me down and that makes me sooo mad!
