I bought a Car through Absa in May 2008, October 2008 I resigned from my work and was unemployed untill September 2009. I still continued with payments but wasn't able to pay account on the 1st of every month but the 15th while I was unemployed
When I started working in September 2009 Absa requested a amount of R3500 from me that was in arrears. I payed that amount over to them. I also got an argument with them to pay 50% of my premium for 6 months. In April 2010 it ended and was suppose to start with normal payment. I then requested another 6months 50% as my work went over to a commission structure and I was job hunting they granted it to me. So October 2010 It ended.
July 2011 on the 27th a guy Richardo came to my house to collect my car, according to them I was in arrears with R40000. To find out because I skipped a full payment a month or two after the arrangement was done I am liable to pay back the full arrears that the 50% arrange build, which under my knowledge it had to be pushed back.
Firstly when Richardo approached my place while I was in work according to my parents was very according to my parents was very arrogant, he discuss my personal account with my parents.
