Questionable Business Practice

First ABSA contacts you to move all your accounts to them with a promise of better service levels and product offerings. However that never lasted, I applied for vehicle financing only to be declined, upon wanting reasons it is discovered that it is due to a bank mistake when the opened the accounts that im being penalized and it is said that they will correct it and reevaluate the application, second response application approved but with ridiculous terms. It is stated that you qualify for the complete purchase price however due to your account being new they cant offer you 100% loan, Wesbank (FNB) who I dont even bank with anymore is offering me a better deal than that. Maybe i should just listen to Steve and move my accounts back to FNB.

ABSA is quick to advocate that their fees are the cheapest when you have multiple products with them but they dont even offer you the best product/loan terms. How about a fee rebate if you cant offer me the best rate?

My request is simple, get a manager to contact me with better rates and terms.
