Since December 2012 I have been incorrectly recieving banking notifications to my cell number from Nedbank intended for one of their clients.
I have gone into the Benmore Gardens branch on three separate occasions to request assistance. On the first two occasions I was told flatly that there was nothing they could do. On the third time, I insisted that they help, and wouldnt leave until they found a solution. I provided proof of ID and cell number, and spoke to a manager, who traced my number on the system, and the correct profile was found. The account was apparently frozen so that the client would need to provide correct details. Two days later however i was still recieving notifications.
PLEASE CAN YOU STOP SENDING ME SMSES!
