Obbed by fnb!!!

I tried to purchase a data bundle of 500mb and then got an error message the whole time saying "your transaction could not be processed, please try again later". So naturally I did and still nothing happened and jothing was debited. And then a while later all the times a tried was debited, which was 3gig. The money that was debited was meant for food so I was robbed by fnb and this is truelly unnacceptable!!! How must a man eat now because of your faulty systems and if nothing will be done this is the last straw with FNB!!!
