I started typing up the history of my complaints but they would not fit. So I've summarised and still won't fit - its that bad! In a nuthshell, the worst banking experience I could imagine - repeatedly - over 1.5 years - with no redeeming features!
We've had Nedbank business accounts for over 20 years.
1. Support requests that stop at back office with no progress or updates ever - Regularly
2. Consultant promising feedback in certain timelines - none provided - Regularly
3. An application for approval of bond holder (Nedbank) for business rights application - unilaterally cancelled by Nedbank
4. An online banking profile created incorrectly, despite a consultant being briefed on our requirements, a lengthily checking ad form recompletion process - 1 payment releaser instead of 2 (refer to point 1 - no urgency to correct!)
5. Into week 2 to get beneficiaries from old profile transferred
6. Our designated acc manager left Nedbank about 1 year ago, we still get referred to her
The service at Nedbank has been so bad that a hign net worth mutual client is seriously considering paying 1.5 million rand in penalties to cancel a bond with Nedbank - Just to get away from them!
