I converted my savings account to a bundle charge account and this was confirmed at my nearest branch (mall@carnival). Today after logging into my internet banking I see Standard Bank still helping themselves to my monies with '#Fees'. Valerie at mall@carnival showed me the computer screen stating I'm on the R59.00 bundle option on 28/06/2013. I called your general banking hotline today only to hear that they can't really help me (whilst your other consultants are having a ball in the background talking about weddings so loud I could hear the conversation clearly!) and that I yet again have to talk to the branch! Thanks for nothing, no wonder everyone is moving to other banks.
