Standard Bank Charging to Close Account

Hi,

2 weeks ago I went into the Carnival mall Branch to close my Personal Loan Account as I did not want to be charged for the Service Fee while the Balance has been paid off. There was an outstanding amount of R22.30 which they deducted from my Checque account. A few days later I saw that they had charged me R30 on 16/11/2013 for a Transaction fee, for what??? This is ridiculous to say the Least!!!

I have also sent a Secure Message to my Branch here in Menlyn asking them about the Fee, but it seems like they are also too useless to respond.
