Bad service

I inquired about a smart phone, a consultant called me and told me with a credit card i can get R100 discount so i'l be paying R299 instead of R399 so I then applied for one, thinking its an awesome deal. He called me we did everything that needed to be done, then i asked him to transfer me to the smart device section and he said he, ll get them to call me back, I waited and ended up having to apply online again...
only for a consultant to call me today (2013/07/05) to tell me the price has increased its now R319 not only that but the lady explained how it works, so now because of the consultant not transferring my application to the relevant section and not explaining to me how it works, I have to pay more.
