Dear Standard Bank
I went into the Standard Bank branch two weeks ago and requested that the bank charges from my account be refunded as I am on a bundle account and do not get charged transaction fees. The consultant said she would have it done and refunded on the same day, that was two weeks ago. The consultant never refunded me and she had the total nerve to charge me R25.00 for a statement I never requested! Today I went into the branch to follow up on the consultant, she was on a lunch break so I waited for 40 minutes for her to show up as no one else was able to help me. She waltzed in and explained that her manager was not in so she was unable to process my refund, I questioned why she charged me R25.00 for a statement I never requested and she basically said, "oops" and "oh". She never once apologized and she quickly dismissed me and waltzed into a closed office area after unconvincely stating that she would process the refunds. In short she acted like I was bothering her.
I am very upset firstly because Standard Bank keeps on withdrawing these bank fees which you guys are actually from me! Secondly the service at your Westwood Mall Branch is appalling and outrageo
