Some employees in ABSA do not follow procedures! One cannot help wondering if they are receiving a kick-back?
Most" Auction Sale in Execution" held by the Acting Sheriff of Wonderboom are invalid. He did not follow the National Consumers Act's & their own Sheriff's Board Laws, Rules and Regulations!
ABSA do not follow up why properties are getting sold for prices far below market price or even reserve price.
Who is in charge of the Reserve Price, and how on earth can the Sheriff make the call on the reserve price.
Consumers, specifically those who are already in trouble are getting misused and mislead, their financial position already bad! Now getting FORCED into BAD credit because you are being kept liable for the shortfall. This is by the bank not negotiable and they will keep you liable for several years, selling your immovable property, etc. This is in my opinion against the National Credit Act, this is Credit you are forced into and the Bank/their attorneys gives you the impression that you do not have an option!!!
