On the 13/10/2012 i went to the ATM to withdraw money. and at that stage my card declined all transaciton. i went to Keywest Absa to enquire about this matter. Where i was informed that my card was cloned and a new card was issued. I ask for a statement on my account - 38041020579 (GA Steyn) when i got this statement there was numerous withdrawns on my account. I was referred to Brigid (011 354 4827) A debit card was opened and R9000 was withdrawn by the clown card. On the 31/10/2013 an amount of R1563.40 was paid back to me. I went to Keywest Absa a few times after that to inquire about the rest of the money. i also tried to phone a few times. I also ask Lisa van Jaarsveld (my employer's wife and accountant) to inquires. She left a few messages for Brigid to phone back. that never happened. Last friday 28/6) i took of work to go AGAIN to Absa Keywest to have this matter solved. Where i was informed by Brigid (telephonicly) that Absa see this case as settled and they cant go that far back. I dont agree on this matter. i want to know who will pay back this other monies. I have a hearing aid and cant fully understand a cellphone please speak to Lisa
