Ipad Mini 16gig with wi-fi on FNB no Delivert

Hi

I ordered over a 3 weeks ago an Ipad mini, around 17 April 2013, it is now the 11 May 2013 and still no delivery. I intended to take this Ipad with me when I immigrated but unfortunately it did not arrive yet. my Family in South Africa received a phone call day after my departure that it was to be dispatched, that was 22 April, but I am still waiting on the item to dispatched???

I am waiting on this item and its heading onto a month now and nothing!!!
