Extremely poor service and Dubious service

I insured my phone with Outsurance on the 2532011 for R6500 premium was R188.27 per month, it was then increased to R7372.30 with a premium of R238.26. On the 1st of July 2013 I claimed with Outsurance and they advised me they will only pay out R5349 because the value of the phone has decreased since I have insured the phone. When I insured my phone I insured a high end phone and expect a phone of that value or a pay out of that value. Not a recalculated amount that I haven't been paying for. I want value for what I have been paying for. Not what Outsurance thinks or believes the value of my 2 year and half year phone is. To This day I haven't received help and the personnel i have been dealing with needs to be hounded to get assistance and feedback. Only once did they get back to me with hassles.ph
