Refused to conduct business transaction

I go to Standard Bank Menlyn to deposit X amount of money. I asked for a bulk teller. Branch reply "We have no bulk teller, you must use the general public tellers". Okay, not a problem. I wait my turn and provide the deposit slip to the teller. She goes and calls her manager. The manager says to me we cannot do the transaction and I must go to a cash deposit centre. What on earth is this??? Standard Bank cannot conduct the business transaction. I say to your manager: "I'll simplify the transaction and do it in four separate transactions so that you can DEAL WITH THIS HIGHLY COMPLICATED TRANSACTION". They refused to do it in four separate transactions. Pathetic!
Standard Bank, if you cannot do transactions of this nature then you should not be a bank!
