Good morning,
Have made a Payment To Ford Financial Services Account (FFS) from a pre-defined list on Internet banking on the 02 July 2013. The FFS account is also an FNB account and now I am told that the funds are missing and the admin department will investigate.
I found out about this now as I was going to fetch the car that I thought has been paid for. This is so frustrating because now I cannot get the car, and I have to wait for FNB to investigate the matter.
This is really bad service. It has really messed up all our plans about the car. Really really frustrating.
