Terrible Service at Standard Bank Foreign Exchange

My dad and I went to make a wire transfer to pay my tuition fees for an American online university. The whole transaction took us 1hour and 15min. First we were kept waiting for 20min in the queue to see a teller. Then the teller that helped us (whom wasn't exactly friendly) left half way through the transaction and told us to wait to see the next available teller. After waiting another 15 minutes for this teller (who was much friendlier) helped us with the rest of the transaction but took very long because he had to go ask for assistance to find required information. I asked to speak to the manager who did not arrive. Other people waited in the queue for 40min to exchange currency only to be told that they had no foreign currency in stock. All in all a very mismanaged department. Service was shocking.
