Around 8;30 I received as message on my phone telling me about my card cancellation confirmation. The reference number Rv1307043375 and telling me to call 087 575 9406. the main issue is I never made a call to FNB cancelling my card as my card was in my purse. So I called the above number trying to explain that I never made such a call. I spoke to a lady called Catherine Masuku who would not assist me and she kept on referring to her supervisor Nathi Copenheimer (I am not even sure if those are their last names). The supervisor refused to come to the phone claiming to be busy. I was on the phone with Catherine for close to an hour, they keep on making me hold and the supervisor would just not come to the phone. I spent my airtime and my time on the phone without help being offered to me. This again shoes me that my account is not safe with FNB. Till now I have not been assisted.
