Bad service after being involved in an accident

I was involved in a car accident a month ago and i thought i should not worry because I'm with First for women i will be assisted. The car was not badly damaged because the vendor on the drivers side pushed back which cause the driver door not to open so that vendor just needed to be placed to its original place and the scratches painted. To my suprise i was told its a big job to do and the total costs were R15000 of which i had to pay an excess of R2000 because my license is less then two years.

I had read the policy and questioned that excess and was told by one of the consultants that the R2000 only applies if who ever is involved in the accident is not the primary driver but if I am involved in an accident it will not apply because I am the primary driver. When I called first for women after the accident they changed their story i had to pay the Excess, so i asked for all phone recordings I made since i started with the policy because i know what i heard and what was explained to me. Till today i am still waiting for those recordings.
