SWITCHING OF BANK ACCOUNTS/NAMES

We reported this about 2 months ago, where the names and accounts of husband and wife has been switched. This is creating such a problem to both. Mr Joop Dekker (Senior Manager of Complaints) said this problem was sorted out on 27 June 2013, but we see it wasn't. This is such poor service and the matter is just dragging on with no results and unnecessary problems!
