It all begin on the 02-12 2012 when my car was invoved in an accident just outside of port st johns.we were involved in a head-on collision with an avanza and the car was driven by my cousin.immediately after the accident i reported the the accident to oakhurst who told me they could not assist me as the car was not driven by me.they told me i took a nominated driver policy of which i was not aware of it so i asked different consultants (lelam, wanda hennings, shirley hercules) from oakhurst to send me the conversation recordings i had with them when i was taking the insurance of which i never received till today.oakhurst declined my claim on the basis that i took a nominated driver policy.i then did a violations claim with hollard of which the consultant from hollard tried to get the tapes from oakhurst and he was told by wanda hennings that they can't give him the tapes because i should give them (oakhurst) permission to release the tapes.so on 15-02-13 i gave permission but the tapes haven't been released to hollard till today.i had since lost hope that i would receive the tapes.i regret the day i took an insurance with oakhurst insurances.
