Selwyn assisted me with an accident in which one of my vehicles was involved. I had already resigned myself to the fact that there goes another couple of thousand rand down the drain even though my driver was not responsible for the accident. I have over the years dealt with numerous insurance companies and even when you supply them contactable details they NEVER follow up on the other party to attempt to get your excess back and I think they probably do but just do not advise you. Selwyn got hold of the other driver, cornered him and managed to get him to pay back the damage to the vehicle as well as my excess paid. He constantly came back to me with feedback and I did not once had to phone him. I am pleasantly surprised by this as my experience with call centre staff has always been disgusting.
