Most Innovative Bank with Most Incompetent Staff

This is now the second time I get stuck across the border without having access to my funds, both the branches, Forex department and Premier Banking department staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT and have NO clue as to how their own product works, I went too two branches, called 4 different person on the forex department and spoke to countless people in the Premier Banking department and all of them gave me misinformation so yet again I am stuck in Africa having to borrow money from others as I cannot access a cent of my funds from this bank. Seriously FNB you might have innovative ideas but what is the use with as staff that don't understand their own products giving client wrong information, my last trip I was stuck along the road for 4 days with NO food no Fuel and no place to stay. So travelers be warned rather change you bank before heading across the border as these guys are CLUELESS. So today I will be opening a account with STANBIC and closing down FNB as Stanbic can offer you true service and access to your funds at ANY ATM in Africa.
