First National Bank
DOUBLE DEBITTED. DENIED ACCESS TO MONEY

I bank with FNB, Premier Banking
I went to Foreign Exchange, FNB willowbridge
I requested a currency conversion of a certain amount
The Transaction was completed

Later on in the evening (now), i try to make a transfer.
The error i get is insufficient funds

My account statement reflects 5 entries
4 entries for the Forex
1 entry totalling the 4 entries

This resulted in my account being debitted twice

The entry that is the double debitted shows status
MEMO AUTHORIZATION - NO CAPTURE-NOT USE

I phoned the call center. They told me to wait 24 hours.
I have no access to any funds. My account is negative
And i don't know how much interest i'm being charged for the negative

This is unacceptable. ITs a huge flaw, and just terrible
