No Feedback re my Query: Premier & Forex Banking

I send a query to Premier banking via on-line banking on the 17th July. received a computer log (Ref: 12543800) and was informed that I would receive feedback within 1 working day. On the 19th I was informed by Ms Samantha Marnitz that my query was sent to FNB Forex department (ref: SD1578306 & : PV003 300639). To date after sending numerous e-mails and at least 3 phone calls, I have not received any feedback. Today I called premier banking again and a consultant a certain Mr. Tosow (not sure of the spelling) promised to call me back. I am still waiting. Please help. Andrew in Port Elizabeth
