I have been calling, sending internal complaints- no one calls back! Staff in the branches are too stupid to change details and now I am not getting OTP's and can not change my personal details or make payments!! Is there any one competent in their jobs to change what is needed and not mess 25 other functions up with pressing one button. I am regretting the move to your bank more and more every day!!!
